The Plan

I have classes from Monday thru Thursday every week, so most of my writing will come from day and overnight trips on the weekends. So far, I've already traveled through Tuscany quite a bit, more specifically, Sienna, San Gimignano, and a wine vineyard in Chianti. In a few days, I will provide a complete update with a summary of my experiences in these regions.

Tomorrow, I planned a day trip to Pisa and Lucca. I am going to take a train from Santa Maria Novella in Florence to Pisa (about an hour ride) and then from Pisa I will take a train to Lucca (about 25 minutes). I didn't plan out an itinerary, so I am leaving most of it up in the air. I spoke to a few people who are interested in going, but we'll see if they can wake up early enough tomorrow morning, after probably another late night tonight.
